As well as every year at the traditional reception held by the President of the State of Israel, Mr. Reuven Rivlin and his wife, Ms. Nechama, and the Prime Minister Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife, Sarah, to all the diplomats serving in Israel, the military attachés and honorary consuls who represent countries that do not have an ambassador in Israel.
