PR man Rani Rahav takes his consular job very seriously. Rahav is the Honorary Consul of the Marshall Islands in Israel. On ocassion of the upcoming solar eclipse, which should take place on Wednesday in the Marshall Islands in the Pacific Ocean, Rahav sent a document to all of Israeli journalists, detailing how long the eclipse was going to last (6:39 minutes), the preparations and the consequences. The document was signed by Ran Rahav, Honorary Consul of the Marshall Islands in Israel.
