Honorary Consul of the Marshall Islands, Ran Rahav, and his wife Hila Rahav, mourn the passing of a great friend of Israel, the Honorary Consul of Israel in the Marshall Islands, Charles Dominic.



Charles was the most Israeli Marshallese in the world. He loved Israel deeply. We had the privilege of hosting him and his wonderful wife, Caroline, during their visits to Israel. We will always remember him as a humble man and a devoted family man. May his memory be blessed.
